Ipsy Impressed Me...

Happy Friday cuties!!

So don’t ask me why but I am super excited about today post! I know you’re thinking it’s just a ipsy bag no big deal. But seriously this I think this is one of my all-time favorite ipsy bags! To be honest I was getting ready to cancel my ipsy subscription because I felt like they were sucking it lately but I am so in love with this month’s ipsy bag!! Maybe it’s because I have already tried all of this month’s products and they rock!!

I guess I should just shut up and show you what my ipsy bag came with right?

Be a Bombshell Lip Crayon- I got the color shameless and I honestly really love it! I will most likely re buy it! It stayed on my whole day and work I did have to reapply it once but I didn’t mind. The color is a great pinky/red that just goes great with my skintone!

Em michelle phan lip gallery creamy color lipstick-  I got the sheer version in miss moneybag and it’s a great rosey shade! I love the creaminess of the color. I do wished it stayed on a little longer but im ok reapply I have already wore it for like three days strait!

Pixi Beauty Bronzer- This bronzer is good! Not my absolute favorite but it gets the job done! I personally wish it was a little darker but it does stay on for a super longer time! I use it with my makeup forever hd powder and they work great together. It’s a great color if you’re looking to add a natural sun kissed glow to your face.

Starlooks Gem Eye Pencil- I only used this pencil once and to be honest I probably won’t use it a lot! It’s a really pretty silver shade and a good product but since I usually use black eyeliner I can’t see this as my go to pencil eyeliner. Overall though it’s a good pencil!

HSI Professional Argan Oil- I love all argan oil! This one isn’t my favorite but it’s ok. I really love the josie maran argan oil but this also works decent too!

Nailtini Straight Up Color Nail Lacquer- This month they had two shades you could of gotten.  A rose gold  shade and a silver shade. I got the silver shade! I would have loved the rose gold color but the silver shade is gorgeous too! It’s great for the upcoming holiday season! Nailtini usually stays on for a good 3-6 days on my nails without chipping.

All in all I truly loved this month glam bag not to mention that the “bag” itself was super cute too!!

Gender Reveal Party!!

Ok this might just be one of the most exciting posts I have ever written! This past weekend my sister in laws and a couple close friends got together to through me amazing gender reveal party! Which was a total success if I may add. The day was a day filled with laughter, fun and of course the gender reveal of our sweet baby!  The one thing I do regret was not taking enough pictures. I really wasn’t in the mood for pictures or maybe I was just too excited but either way I wish we could of taken more.

The girls did a wonderful job with the food and décor! It was all delish and super pretty and yes I have the pictures  of the party to prove it!

We finished the day with the cutting of the cake which lead to tell us what we would be having which was…

DUN DUN DUN...

A sweet baby boy!

Words seriously can’t say how happy we are! I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to become a mom to this sweet baby! I pray every day that god gives me the wisdom and strength to be the best mom I can be! I can’t wait to meet our little boy! But until that moment comes we will just continue to rub my belly and read to our little boy!

Baby T's Progress!!

How far along: 19 Weeks

Weight Gain/Loss: one pound

Baby's Growth: Every ultrasound our sweet baby gets bigger! I love getting to see it kick and wave during our ultrasounds. I definitely feel my belly growing more and more.

Movement: Last week I think I finally realized that the weird little pains in my stomach were the baby kicking. It’s so fun to know that my baby is moving at all time and that I can finally feel him/her.

Food Cravings: Mac n cheese with hotdogs!

How I'm Feeling: My morning sickness is slowly going away I went from puking three times a day to like once every other day! I feel like a have a little more energy throughout the day too but that doesn’t stop me from wanting to be lazy.

Sleeping:  I am a lot less sleepy during the day lately but come 9 at night and I am ready to hit the sheets. I think the fact that we just got a brand new amazing bed has something to do with it!

Have You Started To Show Yet: Yes I think it started like two weeks ago? I went to bed with no bump and woke up with a bump! Its not a huge bump but I can definitely notice it.

Maternity Clothes: Not really. I still fit in most of my clothes but I can’t wear my shirts tucked in anymore without looking like I am rocking the beer gut. Also I use a belly bands for my days when I feel really big. My pants still button but not super comfortably.

Stretchmarks: Not yet and I’m hoping I never have to ever say yes to this!

Belly Button In/Out: In I was just wondering when it would pop out.

Workouts: I am officially cleared to run for a little bit at a time so I try to get in little 15 min runs in. I also walk and lift weight but nothing major. Baby comes first for us since we have high risk pregnancies.

Looking Forward To: Celebrating my husband birthday this weekend. It’s crazy to think that he will already be 23. Also our gender reveal party is next weekend and I truly can’t wait for that! I want to know what baby T is already. Although I’m pretty sure it’s a boy!

Fall Nails

Hey There!

For the past couple months I have been obsessing over nails! In high school I would always get my nails done every two weeks but as I have grown older I have found it way more convenient to just paint my own nails at home! As the seasons change so do the colors on my nails. I love deep and rich nail colors for fall! Here are a couple of the nails colors that I have bought for fall so far.

Week 16

Hey guys!!

How have you been! Sorry I haven’t posted I always try to sit down and post but by the time I get home from work I have a trillion things to do so I always forget! I will try to be better hopefully as I get more into my second trimester now I can start feeling better! Im 16 weeks today so I am hoping that, that it true!

This week I went to go see a local chiropractor who works with pregnant women and nutritional issues! She gave me a couple of things to try that she thinks will help me and the baby T! I am always worry about the baby’s nutrition because of the fact that I am always throwing up! I want my baby to be as healthy as possible! She have me three products which are all about as natural as it gets to help me with my morning sickness and acne! I will keep you posted on how it goes.

This past week I have been noticing that my belly is getting A lot harder! And its starting to poke out! Nothing major yet you can only see it when im naked but at least I know baby is growing! We have an ultrasound next Tuesday and I can wait to see out little monkey!

Have any of you tried the tummy sleeves/bellybands? Even though I haven’t gained weight my pants are starting to get a little tight around the waistband. I have no need for new pants yet so I was wondering if the tummy sleeves are a good in-between stages options. If you guys have any ideas on which brands or what you guys did while pregnant let me know! I would love any tips!

Other than that I currently haven’t had any cravings or movements. But I am excited to be able to feel the baby!!

BabyDate: Week 15

How Far Along: 15 Weeks

Gender: We don’t know yet but I do keep referring to baby T as him/he!

Weight Gain/Loss: I have lost 8 pounds!

Something you didn’t expect about pregnancy: I have been breaking out A LOT! I never had acne before but now I have cystic acne all over my face and its seriously makes me cry at times when I look at myself in the mirror!

Movement: Not yet but I can feel my body stretching all different ways!

Food Cravings: Nothing really yet! But I have wanted pizza more often which is not good! Hopefully I crave spinach or something healthy!

Anything Making You Queasy/Sick: Everything! I have really bad morning sickness! Everything comes back up!

Have You Started To Show Yet: Not really.  You can only tell a little at the end of the day after I have eaten but I am pretty sure that’s just me being bloated!

Maternity Clothes: I haven’t bought any yet! But I am thinking about investing in some joe’s maternity jeans! My pants still fit but are started to get a little tight when I button them!

Belly Button In/Out: In

Workouts: I haven’t been working out as much because I have a high risk pregnancy but I truly just want to get out and run! That is something I truly miss.

A Blessing Beyond Belief!

Guess what….

We’re pregnant! 

Let me just start by saying that keeping that in and not telling anyone was soo hard! In fact, it was so hard that I slipped and told a couple of my bloggy friends already. But now I get to announce it to all of you and that makes me so happy!

My husband and I are so happy and feeling so blessed with this pregnancy! After a couple miscarriages we are definitely a little scared but we are just having faith in god. Something about this pregnancy is just completely different and I have a huge feeling that we will actually be able to hold our precious baby! And because of that March 28, 2014 cant come soon enough! 

With that being said I will warn you now that from now on Thursday will be pregnancy day! I will update all of you on how I am doing, what I’m eating and how baby T is growing!
